1.Name of the Post: Project Manager (IEC)
No. of Post: 01
Remuneration: The Proposed remuneration for the state project specialist – IEC will be Rs.
1 Lakh per Month (Inclusive of all incentives and perks).
Age: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 01-10-2020.
Educational Qualification:
a) Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Social work,
OR
b) Master’s degree in Sociology/ Rural Development/Extension
studies with a diploma in Mass communication from a recognized
university/institution
Experience: minimum 7 years experience in relevant field.
Computer skills: Diploma/Certificate of computer Application with
minimum 6 months duration.
2.Name of the Post: Project Manager (Financial Management)
No. of Post: 01
Remuneration: The Proposed remuneration will be Rs. 1,00,000 (One Lakh only) per Month
(Inclusive of all incentives and perks).
Age: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 01-10-2020.
Educational Qualification:
a) MBA (Finance) or 2 years PGDBM/PGDBA (Finance),
OR
b) Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/M.COM (Accountancy)
with 1-year Diploma in Finance/Pubic Finance Management from a
recognized university/Institution.
Experience: minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant field. Knowledge
and experience of working in PFMS is essential.
Computer skills: Diploma/Certificate of computer Application with
minimum 6 months duration.
