Job Details
1. Under Secretary
No of posts: 1
Qualification: Candidate should be a Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce. Candidates possessing Bachelor Degree in Law practicing advocate with a minimum of 5 years of experience will be given preference
Age: 35 to 43 years of age at the time of application.
2. Librarian
No of posts: 1
Qualification: Candidate must be a Master's Degree in Library Science from any recognized University &10 years of experience as a Librarian in a reputed institution/organization having practical knowledge in the digital Library.
Age: 40 to 52 years of age at the time of application.
3. Assistant Language Officer
No of posts: 1
Qualification: Candidate should be M.A. in English or Assamese with at least 60% marks for General/OBC/MOBC, 55% for SC/ST (P), and 50% for ST(H) from any recognized University. The candidate must have good command over both English and Assamese language
Age: 25 to 38 years of age at the time of application irrespective of fresh or candidates applying through proper channel.
4. Deputy Marshal
No of posts: 2
Qualification: Candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with at least 55% marks for General/OBC/MOBC, 50% for SC/ST(P), and 45% for ST(H) from any recognized University. The candidate must possess NCC “C’’ Certificate.
Age: 25 to 38 years of age at the time of application irrespective of fresh or candidates applying through proper channel.
5. English Reporter, Gr.-II
No of posts: 2
Qualification: Candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from any recognized University with having Certificate in Stenography from ITI in Assam or any other Institute recognized by Govt. of Assam/Govt. of India with 120 words per minute in English Stenography. The candidate must have adequate knowledge of Computer application and good command over the English language.
Age: 25 to 38 years of age at the time of application irrespective of fresh or candidates applying through proper channel.
6. Stenographer, Gr.-II (E)
No of posts: 1
Qualification: Candidate should possess Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from any recognized University with having Certificate in Stenography from ITI in Assam or any other Institute recognized by Govt. of Assam/Govt. of India with 120 words per minute in English Stenography. The candidate must have adequate knowledge of Computer application and good command over the English language.
Age: 25 to 38 years of age at the time of application irrespective of fresh or candidates applying through proper channel.
7. Language Reporter Gr.-II
No of posts: 2
Qualification: Candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from any recognized University with having Certificate in Stenography from any Institute recognized by Govt. of Assam with 100 words per minute in the Assamese Stenography. The candidate must have adequate knowledge of Computer application with DTP in Assamese.
Age: 25 to 38 years of age at the time of application irrespective of fresh or candidates applying through proper channel.
8. Assistant Librarian
No of posts: 1
Qualification: Candidate should have Bachelor's Degree in Library Science from any recognized University and must have 5 years of experience dealing with Library Management in reputed institution/organization and have practical knowledge in the digital Library.
Age: 25 to 38 years of age at the time of application irrespective of fresh or candidates applying through proper channel.

Application Fee: Application Fee is not required for the above-mentioned posts due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
* Interested and eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed standard form of application along with all required with self-attested photocopies of the following documentation should be reached the following given address within time:
- Age proof certificate (Birth Certificate/Admit Card of H.S.L.C or equivalent examination) and 2 (two) copies of recent passport size color photographs.
- Certificate/Marksheet of minimum qualification required for the concerned post.
- Employment Exchange Registration Card/Certificate.
- A self-addressed envelope (size 22x10cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/-only shall be submitted.
