Assam Police Exam Result 2017 Written Exam Admit Card Download

Assam Police Exam Results notification about PST/PET Result and Written Exam Admit Card Download for 2564 Nos. Assam Police Constable Posts.

Results of the Physical Standard Test & Physical Efficiency Test (PST/PET)  of the candidates who have qualified for written test in connection with the recruitment of 2564 posts of Constable (DEF-1435 (UB)+SB-66(UB)+APRO-806+F&ES-114+SDRF-120 AND MALE & FEMALE FOR DELHI POLICE). Written Test will be held on 25.06.2017.

On uploading of the merit lists on 27-03-2017 in Assam Police Website www.assampolice.gov.in, for written test, several clarifications were sought by the candidates whose names did not figure in the merit lists. Accordingly, the written test scheduled to be held on 02-04-2017 was postponed by issuing a notice on 31-03-2017 through above mentioned Assam Police Website, for further scrutiny & clarifications sought by the candidates.

On scrutiny, it was seen that a few candidates of Arts Stream while submitting online application gave wrong information about their educational background as Science and hence they could apply for the posts of constable of APRO (Wireless Operator/ Wireless Technician), Fireman in Fire & Emergency Service (F&ES) & SDRF (Emergency Rescuer) for which they were not eligible as per the advertisement dated 10-12-2015. As a result names of such candidates of Arts Stream are removed from the merit list of APRO (Wireless Operator/ Wireless Technician), Fireman in Fire & Emergency Service (F&ES) & SDRF (Emergency Rescuer) for which they were not eligible.

All candidates are requested to carefully go through the advertisement dated 10-12-2015.

The lists of eligible candidates for Written Test in connection with the recruitment of 2564 posts of Constable (DEF-1435 (UB)+SB-66(UB)+APRO-806+F&ES-114+SDRF-120 AND MALE & FEMALE FOR DELHI POLICE) has been uploaded in Assam Police website www.assampolice.gov.in on 18.06.2017.

Selection Procedure:

After the Computer-based Examination and the Data Entry Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test/Document verification wherever applicable, the Commission will draw up the All India Merit List for each category of post. As many candidates as are found by the Commission to have qualified in the Examination shall be recommended for appointment for each category of post up to the number of vacancies available, taking into consideration option for the posts.

Application Fee: An application fee of Rs.100/- for all other candidates should be paid through State Bank of India SBI Challan or Online payment through Net Banking/  Debit & Credit cards of any bank. APSC Admit Card Download 2017 CCE (Prel.) e-Admission Certificate

APSC Admit Card Download for Combined Competitive Prelim Exam 2017 which will be held on 02-07-2017 under Assam Public Service Commission (Updated on 13-06-2017).

This is for information for all the candidates that the APSC CCE (Prel.Examination /2016 will be held on 02-07-2017 at Barpeta, Bongaigaon, Cachar, Darrang, Dhemaji, Dhubri, Dibrugarh, Dima Hasao, Goalpara, Golaghat, Jorhat, Kamrup (Metro), Karbi Anglong, Karimganj, Kokrajhar, Morigaon, Nagaon, Nalbari, North Lakhimpur, Sivsagar, Sonitpur, and Tinsukia.

Computer Knowledge: The candidate should have 60 days basic computer certificate from recognized Computer Training Institute. This requirement of basic computer knowledge certificate shall be relaxable in cases where a candidate has studied computer as a subject in Class X or Class XII, or higher educational qualification provided the applicant submits a certificate of Class X or Class XII or higher educational qualification in which he/she has studied computer as a subject.

Age: 18 to 38 years as on the last date of submission of application through online. The maximum age shall be relaxable by 03 years to those belonging to OBC categories and 05 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST. [10 years for PH above the respective group]

Selection Procedure

1. Selection will be made as per the automatically generated merit list as per the rules based on the candidate's online submitted applications.
2. No weightage will be given for higher educational qualification. Only marks obtained in 10th standard of approved Boards aggregated to the percentage of the accuracy of 4 decimals will be the criteria for finalizing the selection. Passing of all the subjects as per the respective approved board norms is mandatory for taking candidate into account for calculating the merit.
3. In case candidates get the same marks, the merit order would be considered as DOB(higher age as merit), ST female, SC Female, OBC female, UR female, ST Male, SC Male, OBC male, UR male.
4. Candidate can opt any five choices of posts with the preference of priority from the Circle/Circles applied. In case if the candidate is selected in all choices the lowest priority preference will be retained, and all other candidatures will be forfeited. Ex: If a candidate opted for five posts with preference post1, post2, post3, post4, post5, etc. and selected as meritorious in more than one post, the post in the order of preference will be offered, and the candidature for all the remaining posts will be forfeited.
5. In the case of candidate willfully uploads wrong documents/information and unnecessary documents, his candidature will not be considered. Similarly, in case the candidate enter marks erroneously either high or low regarding scores list uploaded then the candidature will also not be considered.
6. The candidate will get an SMS on his provisional selection on the prescribed date after selection. Mere getting SMS or any other communication on selection will not entitle the candidate to claim for regular selection/appointment. The final selection/appointment will be based on satisfactory completion of verification and genuineness of all educational & other documents produced by the
candidates by the concerned authorities.
A) Department is not responsible for non-receipt of email/SMS to the candidate due to any particular reason or without any reason arising out of providers services and other dependencies. However, a physical communication about provisional selection intimation will be sent by respective recruiting authorities in due course as per the selection procedure.
B) Applicants submitted applications without complete data will also be rejected from consideration.
7. Candidate can view his/her result status on the website by providing the reference number till the results are announced. Once results are declared, and post is filled, it can be viewed in the results status which provides all details of the candidates applied for that job.

    Anganwadi Worker (AWW) Qualification: Candidates should have the qualification of HSLC/AHM examination passed from the Board of Secondary Education Assam or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board by the Govt. of Assam. In case there is no such qualified candidate, educational qualification may be relaxed up to class VIII pass according to the local condition. In the matter of High Court Case i.e. WPC (C) No. 3409/2015, the Board of Secondary Education Assam (SERA), vide letter No. SEBA / AB/Govt./2005/349. Dated 08.07.2015 has clarified that the certificate of BPP Awarded by K. K. Handique Open University can not be regarded as an equivalent of HSLC/AHM Examination conducted by the SEBA. In view of the above, the candidates who produced the certificate of BPP awarded by the K. K. Handique Open University may not be considered as HSLC/AHM Examination passed candidate.

    Anganwadi Helper (AWH) Qualification: Candidates should have passed Class –VIII examination. In case, class VIII examination passed candidate is not available, the Educational Qualification may be relaxed up to Class VI passed, according to the local condition.

    Age limit: 18 to 44 years as on 01-01-2017.

    Selection Process: (i) Selection of the candidate for the post of Anganwadi Worker pall be made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in HSLC/AHM examination passed and selection of a candidate for the post of Anganwadi Helper shall be made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the Annual Examination of Class —VIII. However, there will be a Personality test of the eligible candidates for the post of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper. They shall also verify the Educational Qualification Certificate, other certificates produced by the candidates, make an assessment of overall Health Status of the candidate.

    However, the candidate for the post of Anganwadi Worker, who passed the HSLC/AHM Examination in Compartmental (First Chance & Second Chance) all the mark sheets, must be submitted along with the application. In the case for the post of Anganwadi Helper, the candidate must be submitted mark sheet of the Annual Examination of Class –Vill passed along with the application form.

    (ii) For the Anganwadi Centre located in the Village/ locality having more than 40% of the SC, ST or Tea Tribe population, the selection of candidates for the post of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper shall be made. from amongst the said majority community.

    (iii) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Tea Tribes communities should submit a certificate issued by the concerned competent authority.

    (iv) Married women should be selected from the local where the Anganwadi Centre is established and living with her husband. But it may be relaxed in case of Divorced Women and widow.

    (v) As per Govt. Notification- No. SWD 449/2007/29, Dated 12.09.2007, 3% post shall be reserved for disabling candidate, Photocopy of the Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority should be attached along with the application form and the original disable certificate to be produced to the Selection Committee at the time of Interview/ Personality Test.
