Assam AHSEC HSSLC 12th Results 2017 HS 2nd Year Result

Assam AHSEC HSSLC 12th Results 2017 has declared a recent notification about that the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council will be going to announce the Assam Board HS Final or 2nd Year Result in the Last week of May 2017 and see below for exact date of result declaration. (Updated on: 29-05-2017)

AHSEC will be going to publish the result of Assam HS Final & Vocational Examination 2017 soon on their official website.  We are regularly monitoring for the latest update of HS Final year results & publish it soon on our website at www.sarkarisakori.com when it's available.

Assam Board AHSEC conducted the Class 12th Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) exams for the students of Assam from 20 February to 20 March 2017. In this year approximately 2.5 lakh students appeared for the Assam HSSLC final year exams out of which a total of 1,94,069 students have appeared in the Arts stream while 37,350 in Science and 17,894 students in Commerce stream.

The official sources of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council said that the council will be declared this year HS Final Year result on 30-05-2017 at 10:00 AM.

Results of Higher Secondary Final Examination, 2017 of all streams conducted by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council will be declared on 30th May 2017 at 10.00 AM at all the District & Sub-Division Head Quarters. The Result Sheet also with marks-sheet and pass certificates will have
to be collected by the institutions from the main institution located in their respective District/ Sub-Division Head Quarter. The Examination Centers located in the district of Kamrup will have to collect the Result Sheet, Mark-Sheet, and Certificate from the Principal, Cotton Collegiate Govt. H.S. School, Panbazar, Guwahati, T.C Govt. Girls’ HS & MP School, Guwahati, Gopal Boro Govt. HS School, Ganeshguri Chariali, Pub Kamrup College, Baihata Chariali, Damdama HS School, Kulhati, Hajo and Dakshin Kamrup Mahavidyalaya, Mirza on that day at 9.00 A.M.

The institutions located at greater Guwahati area will also receive result sheet along with mark-sheets and certificates in their institution well ahead of 10.00 A.M.

Selection Procedure

1. Selection will be made as per the automatically generated merit list as per the rules based on the candidate's online submitted applications.
2. No weightage will be given for higher educational qualification. Only marks obtained in 10th standard of approved Boards aggregated to the percentage of the accuracy of 4 decimals will be the criteria for finalizing the selection. Passing of all the subjects as per the respective approved board norms is mandatory for taking candidate into account for calculating the merit.
3. In case candidates get the same marks, the merit order would be considered as DOB(higher age as merit), ST female, SC Female, OBC female, UR female, ST Male, SC Male, OBC male, UR male.
4. Candidate can opt any five choices of posts with the preference of priority from the Circle/Circles applied. In case if the candidate is selected in all choices the lowest priority preference will be retained, and all other candidatures will be forfeited. Ex: If a candidate opted for five posts with preference post1, post2, post3, post4, post5, etc. and selected as meritorious in more than one post, the post in the order of preference will be offered, and the candidature for all the remaining posts will be forfeited.
5. In the case of candidate willfully uploads wrong documents/information and unnecessary documents, his candidature will not be considered. Similarly, in case the candidate enter marks erroneously either high or low regarding scores list uploaded then the candidature will also not be considered.
6. The candidate will get an SMS on his provisional selection on the prescribed date after selection. Mere getting SMS or any other communication on selection will not entitle the candidate to claim for regular selection/appointment. The final selection/appointment will be based on satisfactory completion of verification and genuineness of all educational & other documents produced by the
candidates by the concerned authorities.

Anganwadi Worker (AWW) Qualification: Candidates should have the qualification of HSLC/AHM examination passed from the Board of Secondary Education Assam or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board by the Govt. of Assam. In case there is no such qualified candidate, educational qualification may be relaxed up to class VIII pass according to the local condition. In the matter of High Court Case i.e. WPC (C) No. 3409/2015, the Board of Secondary Education Assam (SERA), vide letter No. SEBA / AB/Govt./2005/349. Dated 08.07.2015 has clarified that the certificate of BPP Awarded by K. K. Handique Open University can not be regarded as an equivalent of HSLC/AHM Examination conducted by the SEBA. In view of the above, the candidates who produced the certificate of BPP awarded by the K. K. Handique Open University may not be considered as HSLC/AHM Examination passed candidate.

Anganwadi Helper (AWH) Qualification: Candidates should have passed Class –VIII examination. In case, class VIII examination passed candidate is not available, the Educational Qualification may be relaxed up to Class VI passed, according to the local condition.

Age limit: 18 to 44 years as on 01-01-2017.

Selection Procedure

(i) Selection of the candidate for the post of Anganwadi Worker pall be made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in HSLC/AHM examination passed and selection of a candidate for the post of Anganwadi Helper shall be made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the Annual Examination of Class —VIII. However, there will be a Personality test of the eligible candidates for the post of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper. They shall also verify the Educational Qualification Certificate, other certificates produced by the candidates, make an assessment of overall Health Status of the candidate.

However, the candidate for the post of Anganwadi Worker, who passed the HSLC/AHM Examination in Compartmental (First Chance & Second Chance) all the mark sheets, must be submitted along with the application. In the case for the post of Anganwadi Helper, the candidate must be submitted mark sheet of the Annual Examination of Class –Vill passed along with the application form.

(ii) For the Anganwadi Centre located in the Village/ locality having more than 40% of the SC, ST or Tea Tribe population, the selection of candidates for the post of Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper shall be made. from amongst the said majority community.

(iii) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Tea Tribes communities should submit a certificate issued by the concerned competent authority.

(iv) Married women should be selected from the local where the Anganwadi Centre is established and living with her husband. But it may be relaxed in case of Divorced Women and widow.

(v) As per Govt. Notification- No. SWD 449/2007/29, Dated 12.09.2007, 3% post shall be reserved for disabling candidate, Photocopy of the Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority should be attached along with the application form and the original disable certificate to be produced to the Selection Committee at the time of Interview/ Personality Test.

Note: The date of birth accepted by the Forest Department will be as per Birth Certificate issued by
competent authority or date of birth entered in the Matriculation or an equivalent examination certificate issued by a recognized board. No other document relating to age such as horoscopes, affidavits, birth extracts from Municipal Corporation, services records and the like will be accepted.
